HAMR-FORGE is a U.S.-based company building FORGE OS — a bonded, encrypted software-defined router for teams operating at the edge of connectivity. We started from a simple conviction: the people who need resilient comms the most are rarely network engineers, and they shouldn't have to be.

Our mission is to make carrier-grade resiliency and security something a non-technical operator can deploy, run, and trust — anywhere the mission takes them.

Operator-first
The field operator is the primary user. If a non-technical person can't stand it up and read its status, we haven't finished the job.

Honest by design
Green means it's genuinely working — never just "plugged in." We would rather surface an honest amber than a comforting lie.

Secure by default
Encryption, mutual authentication, and fail-closed isolation are enforced, not optional. There is no insecure mode to misconfigure.

Where we are

Validated on the bench. Headed to the field.

FORGE OS has been validated on a faithful WAN-emulation rig — bonding real link scenarios (matched, mismatched, 5G + Starlink, GEO) at 78–87% of combined throughput, with correct hot-standby failover past ~500 ms of skew. A live-radio field trial is the next milestone.
